This policy applies to new US orders placed with Tidy Hearth Home. Orders placed before the store migration keep the conditions agreed at purchase.
Destination, origin and cost
We ship from Vietnam to eligible addresses in the United States. Standard tracked shipping costs USD 10 per order and is shown before payment. Splitting an order into more than one parcel does not add another shipping charge.
Preparation and delivery estimates
- Preparation: 3–5 business days after successful payment and receipt of complete order information.
- Transit: normally 7–21 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total: 10–26 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspections, weather and carrier disruptions can cause delays. Any different preparation period for a custom item must be disclosed before purchase.
Tracking and address changes
We send tracking details by email after dispatch. Check your address carefully before placing an order. Email support@tidyhearthhome.com promptly if an address needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Customs and import charges
Customers are responsible for destination import duties, taxes and carrier customs charges unless a charge is explicitly collected at checkout. Such charges are separate from the USD 10 shipping fee. Customs declarations use accurate information.
Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
Contact us with your order number if tracking has stopped updating or delivery exceeds the estimate. For delivery damage, report the problem within seven days and provide photographs of the item and packaging. Keep both while we arrange the next steps. Do not send a return before contacting us.
